Senior Management Team

The Senior Management Team (SMT) provides our operational management and has an important leadership role within Cefas. It develops and implements the detailed plans that enable us to deliver Cefas' strategy and meet our targets, both set by the Cefas Management Board (CMB).

Membership of the SMT is comprised of the CMB's three Executive Directors:

• Richard Judge, Chief Executive
• Reg Eayrs, Operations Director
• Tim Green, Finance and Corporate Services Director

plus the Divisional Directors and the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development:

• Stephen Irving, Aquatic Health and Hygiene
• Stuart Rogers, Environment and Ecosystems
• Ross Jolliffe, Fisheries
• Steve Millward, Monitoring and Programme Management
• Karin Rundle, Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development
