MALSF Statement on Data Use and Publication
Dissemination Statement
MALSF material (excluding the logos) may be reproduced in any
format or medium providing it is not used for commercial
development of a product that can then be sold on for profit.
It may only be re-used accurately and not in a misleading
context.
The MALSF Steering Group decided on timing and publishing of any
MALSF funded outputs (including data sets), which were subject to a
peer-review process before being made publicly available.
Any reproduction must include acknowledgement of the source of
the material (MALSF) and the title of the source publication.
All MALSF material is Crown copyright and must be acknowledged as
such. Where Third Party copyright has been identified,
further use of that material requires permission from the copyright
holders concerned.

The data are provided "as is" and in no event shall the MALSF or
any of its affiliated members, including Cefas (as MALSF delivery
partner operating under the Marine Environment Protection Fund
(MEPF) be liable for any damages, including,

the data. The MALSF makes no warranty, express or implied,
including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a

MALSF Final Reports
MEPF final reports for completed projects and MALSF
publications are available for download from this website.
All MEPF final reports are available for download from the
Marine ALSF Data Store at http://www.marinealsf.org.uk/.
The Marine ALSF Steering Group is pleased to announce the
availability of the Data Store through to 31 March 2016.
MALSF Data Archive
MEPF REC data sets (i.e. survey data and
interpreted data with final reports ) and other relevant MALSF
Datasets can be obtained via the Marine ALSF Data Store at www.marinealsf.org.uk.

MALSF & MEDIN
The Marine ALSF Steering group is pleased to announce a
partnership agreement to migrate REC survey data sets to the
specific Data Archive Centres (DACs) within the Marine Environment
Data Information Network (MEDIN). Where applicable, other
MALSF survey data will also be migrated. Further information
will be available from the MEPF.
