Changes to contractual arrangements for the Netherlands
Cefas is pleased to announce that as of April 2011, the
registration of offshore chemicals for use offshore from the
Netherlands is being carried out by Cefas under contract to the
Netherlands Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Association
(NOGEPA). However, note that the work undertaken remains the
responsibility of the State Supervision of Mines (SSM), with whom
Cefas continues to operate under a separate contract. These changes
will be reflected in an update to the Netherlands Protocol, which
is in preparation.
