New HOCNF and guidelines
From the 1 January 2011 all HOCNFs processed by Cefas must be in
accordance with OSPAR recommendation 2010/3, the new-format HOCNF.
To enable us to achieve this and as an acknowledgement of the
proximity of this deadline, we are implementing the following
phase-in dates.
- We will not accept the new-format HOCNFs prior to 13
December 2010.
- Any old-style HOCNFs submitted after 13 December but
before 27 December will be accepted and placed in the
queue, but we will require a
new-format HOCNFs to be submitted prior to the assessment.
- All HOCNFs submitted after 27
December must be in the new format.
