New safety data sheet requirements
Please note that safety data sheets submitted for the purposes
of registering or re-registering products must be compliant with
Annex II of the REACH regulation and its amendments.
From 1 December 2010, all new or renewed registrations for
use in The Netherlands must be supplied with both an English and a
Dutch language safety data sheet. Failure to comply with this
requirement may lead to products being refused registration for use
in The Netherlands.
